The Links at SafeHaven

The Links is the finest in Grand Cayman golf courses. Designed in 1994 by Roy Case, The Links is located on Grand Cayman’s North Sound with stunning views of the azure Caribbean Sea. The 18-hole, par 71 course compliments the island’s terrain with its natural obstacles, challenging golfers to make strategic shots to take the Caymanian trade winds into account.

An area of unusual black, jagged limestone rock formations resembling charred remains near West Bay.

Cayman Islands Turtle Farm

Turtle breeding farm in West Bay and home to over 14,000-16,000 turtles that range from newborn hatchlings to 600 pound adults.

Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park

A 65 acre park featuring native trees, shrubs and wild orchids. It is also home to breeding areas of the endangered Grand Cayman Blue Iguana and other wildlife, birds and butterflies.

Pedro St. James Castle

This stone great-house is the oldest structure on Grand Cayman built in 1780. It is called the “Birthplace of democracy in the Cayman Islands.” Features period furniture, pottery, photographs and other artifacts of 18th century Cayman domestic life.

Bodden Town

the first Cayman capital, there are many historic sites in Bodden Town – the Guard House, a monument to Queen Victoria, and Gun Square with two 18th century canons. East of Bodden Town, Meagre Bay Pond is a good place for bird watching.

Mastic Trail

A woodland trail through the Mastic Reserve of untouched old-growth forest and native Cayman plants and animals. The Mastic Trail is two miles long and the guided walk takes approximately two and a half to three hours.
