The Aventuras Club consists of three elegant, environmentally diverse villa enclaves.
The Lagoon building (Laguna) offers 8 spacious 2 & 3 bedroom, well appointed condos situated on lovely, quiet lagoon for kayaking, snorkeling or just relaxing at the private pool.
The Marina Building boasts 19 beautiful 2 and 3 bedrooms condominiums with balconies overlooking the Marina and all the boats. It also offers a private free flowing pool with waterfall and 10 person Whirlpool tub. It is within walking distance to everything in Puerto Aventuras.
The Beach building is located on a gorgeous white sand beach adjacent to the clear turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. This four story building with an elevator contains 14 units. All villas are designed with views of the beach and ocean. The fitness center, club room, kayaks, and bicycles are located here and will be available to all Aventuras Club owners.

Location/Area
Aventuras Club is located in the charming upscale gated community of Puerto Aventuras in the heart if the Riviera Maya in the Eastern Mexican Caribbean. As the only Marina in the Mayan Rivera this exclusive area has capacity of 450 boats and known for deep sea sport fishing, but you will also find many other activities to do including scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming with the dolphins, golfing, bicycling, sailing, tennis or shopping at the waterfront gift shops with a wide variety of Mexican handcrafts. There are over a dozen international restaurants, a pharmacy, health and exercise club, a lovely spa for massages, facials & a beauty shop for hair and nails, a couple of small grocery stores and more all within this 24 hour security patrolled community.
- Fishing: Puerto Aventuras is world famous for it's fishing because the Gulf of Mexico brings in a wide variety fish, and with beautiful days it make year round fishing possible.
- Swimming with the Dolphins: This is a dream come true for many people, and a once in a lifetime opportunity to interact with these magical creatures. The dolphin facility gives you the chance to play with these intelligent sea creatures, go for a ride across the water surface with them, and get a dolphin kiss and hug.
- Scuba diving & Snorkeling: When traveling to the Caribbean if you don't dive or snorkel you only get to experience half of the area's beauty. The worlds 2nd largest reef is only 100 yards from Puerto Adventuras beach so you don't have to go far. There are of course professional guides for hire along with a dive center w/ with highly trained, experienced and multi-lingual staff.
- Sailing: Boarding a boat for a snorkel trip or sunset sail will make your Caribbean vacation complete. Take the helm or sit back and let the crew do all the work as you soak up the scenery and enjoy some fresh fruit or a cocktail.
- Golf: This beautiful nine hole, 36 par jungle golf course was designed in 1991 by Thomas Leman. Covered in beautiful Bermuda grass and surrounded by Palm trees you will be sure to have fun playing this course which is one of the best kept secrets in the area.
Nearby attractions
Puerto Aventuras is located in the Riviera Maya of Mexico. We are located 50 miles south of Cancun and only 10 minutes south of Playa Del Carmen where you can go to the famous 5th Avenue for shopping and dining. You can also take a short 20 minute drive south to Tulum to visit the Mayan ruins.
- Tulum: the site of a Pre-Columbian Maya walled city serving as a major port for Cobá. The ruins are located on 39-ft (12-m) cliffs, along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula. Daily tour buses bring visitors to the site. The Tulum ruins are the third most-visited archaeological site in Mexico,
- Xel- Ha: This tropical park is a place of unimaginable beauty, where a turquoise lagoon, a river with a gentle current and an exuberant jungle get together to comprise a unique landscape by the sea.
- Cozumel: A Small island that is off the mainland is a popular diving destination, but you can also explore several archeological sites. There is a small airport, but you can also take a ferry from Playa Del Carmen for the day.
- Playa del Carmen (5th avenue): Just one block away from the beach, you will find La Quinta Avenida, a gorgeous cobblestone pedestrian passage where the most important international-designer boutiques.
